With apologies to Long Island, Philadelphia, and whoever else feels differently, the best and deepest high school lacrosse league held its championship game Friday night at Towson University. 16-1 Calvert Hall squared off against an improbable opponent in 12-5 Gilman School. While at Towson University last night, I had an opportunity to kill a little time before the MIAA championship game.
